Steps to install:
 1.download the apk below.  then install it.(but do not open)
download apk link here:SIMS 3
download data files here: SIMS 3 DATA
2.then download X-plore File Manager from Google Play Store. open it and look for the data that you have downloaded and press it. and you will see the data and move it to sdcard/Android/data.
