Working on Hyperion 8 Rom for Galaxy Pocket:
- WIFI
- 3G
- ROOT
- SD CARD
- BOOT ANIMATION
- BATTERY CHARGING
- NO BUGS
Required files:
1. Hyperion 8 Rom.zip: Download Here (Do not extract put it on zip mode only)
2. VM00CWMv3f.zip: Download Here (Do not extract put it on zip mode only)
(ROOTING REQUIRED) ROOT YOUR PHONE HERE: Click here
STEPS TO INSTALL:
1. Root your phone fist. If you rooted your phone, root it again. If you are in Custom Rom, reflash it to Stock Rom to avoid blooptoop.
2. Download the required files from above. Put VM00CWM.zip on the root of your SD Card. Not on any folder. Put the Hyperion 8 Rom.zip on the root of your SD Card. Not on any folder.
3. Boot into 'Recovery Mode' by turning off your device and press and hold 'Volume Up + Home Button + Power Button' at the same time.
4. While on Recovery Mode, use button Up and Down to Navigate Up and Down. Use the Home Button to select. Now go to 'apply update from sdcard' and select the downloaded VM00CWM.zip. You should be flashed to CWM.
5. While on CWM, wipe your data (but not cache).
6. Now select 'install zip from sdcard' then select 'choose zip from sdcard'.
7. Select the downloaded Hyperipn 8 Rom.zip and wait for the installation process to finish.
8. When it is completed, select 'reboot system now'.
9. Wait for your device to launch. (It may take up to 5 - 10 minutes.)
10. When your phone launched, go to settings and go to 'About' and their you will see that your 'Build Number' is different. It should be 'HYPERION-8.ALSA-PRE.GM'
